Joe Gray: I am a father & artist located in Brooklyn NY, living with my son Kezra. Specializing in film photography & cinematography, drawing & painting, design and poetry. My career in photography stemmed from a love for photojournalism, which ultimately brought me down a more commercial route when I Joined Hallmark Institute of Photography and studied closely underneath Gregory Heisler, then Mike Crane via my move to Boston upon graduation. I would say my photographic style has also been influenced by the likes of Helmut Newton, Sophie Calle, Wolfgang Tillman & Peter Beard, while my drawings & paintings seem to have a Roman Catholic and Upper Paleolithic representation.
